    基于东北地区航空器空中颠簸报告资料和NCEP再分析资料,利用相关分析、合成分析、回归分析等方法对夏季亚洲—太平洋涛动(Asian-Pacific Oscillation,APO)异常与东北地区高空颠簸的联系进行了探讨,得出以下结论:东北地区夏季高空颠簸整体较强,大值区位于东北南部地区,表现出显著的一致增强趋势,增长率超过1.4×1010a-1,且年际差异较大。APO与东北地区高空颠簸联系密切,其正异常导致了东北地区南部关键区对流层中高层温度的正异常,由于热成风的关系,经向温度梯度的加大会导致副热带西风急流的位置偏北,强度偏强,同时特殊的高低空环流配置呈现出强烈的非地转平衡特征,可以激发出惯性重力波有关的高频扰动,导致对流层纬向风垂直风切变加强,进而导致了东北地区高空颠簸的频发,反之亦然。

    Abstract:

    Based on the reported data of aircraft air turbulence in Northeast China and NCEP reanalysis data, the relationship between the Asian-Pacific Oscillation (APO) anomaly in summer and the high-altitude turbulence in Northeast China is discussed by means of correlation analysis, composite analysis and regression analysis, and results show: the high altitude turbulence in Northeast China in summer is strong as a whole, and the maximum area is located in the south of Northeast China, showing a significant consistent increasing trend, with the growth rate exceeding 1.4×1010a-1,and significant interannual differences. Asian-Pacific Oscillation (APO) is closely related to the high-altitude turbulence in Northeast China, and its positive anomaly leads to the positive anomaly of the temperature in the middle and upper troposphere in the key area in the south of Northeast China. Due to the thermal wind, the increase of the meridional temperature gradient will lead to the northward position and strong intensity of the subtropical westerly jet. At the same time, the special high-altitude circulation configuration presents a strong geostrophic balance feature, which can stimulate the high-frequency disturbance related to inertial gravity waves, leading to the strengthening of the vertical wind shear of the troposphere zonal wind, which in turn leads to the frequent high-altitude turbulence in Northeast China, and vice versa.
