    大风是影响高铁行车安全的主要气象因素之一,高铁对局地瞬时风速敏感,本文研究其沿线风环境特性,揭示风速变化特征,为沿线大风预测预警提供理论支撑。选取京沪高铁江苏段4个典型区域气象站风速监测数据,运用统计学方法和非线性系统理论研究不同时距下的风特性。揭示了沿线风场特性变化规律,研究结果表明:脉动风速波动幅度随时距增大间歇增大,间歇点出现在5 min时距;脉动强度与平均风速之间呈正相关变化,这种变化关系随时距增大愈发明显;阵风因子和湍流强度具有明显局地差异性,都随平均风速的增大而减小,近似呈现幂函数衰减变化规律;不同时距风速的概率分布特性存在很小的差异,局地差异性显著;不同时距风速的最大李亚普诺夫指数均为正,均具有可预测性,且可预测性随时距的增大而减弱。在进行沿线风速预测建模时,选取20 s、30 s、1 min、2 min、5 min、10 min时距的风速理论上可以取得较为准确的预测结果。

    Abstract:

    Strong wind is one of the main meteorological factors affecting the safety of high-speed rail. High speed railway is sensitive to local instantaneous wind speeds, and study the characteristics of the wind environment along the line to reveal the characteristics of wind speed changes, providing theoretical support for the prediction and early warning of strong winds along the line. Select the wind speed monitoring data of four typical regional meteorological stations in Jiangsu section of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and use statistical methods and nonlinear system theory to study wind characteristics at different time intervals. The study revealed the variation pattern of wind field characteristics along the line, and the results showed that the fluctuation amplitude of fluctuating wind speed increases intermittently at any time interval, with intermittency occurring at a time interval of 5 minutes. There is a positive correlation between the intensity of pulsation and the average wind speed, and this relationship becomes increasingly evident as the distance increases. The gust factor and turbulence intensity have obvious local differences, both of which decrease with the increase of the average wind speed, and approximately present a law of power function attenuation. There are small differences in the probability distribution characteristics of wind speed at different time intervals, and the local differences are significant. The maximum Lyapunov exponents of wind speeds at different time intervals are all positive and predictable, and the predictability decreases with the increase of distance. When carrying out wind speed prediction modeling along the line, selecting wind speeds with time intervals of 20 s, 30 s, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, and 10 min can theoretically obtain more accurate prediction results.
