    基于2015—2019年苏州17个环境监测站的臭氧(O3)监测资料和7个国家气象站的气象资料,开展了苏州O3时空特征及气象影响因子的研究。结果表明:(1)2015—2019年O3超标率先升后降,空间呈南(20.9%)高北(18.7%)低;O3污染天气型中低压型占比最高(34.3%),均压型下(占比18.6%) O3平均浓度最高,达190.0 μg·m-3。(2)2016—2017年O3浓度全市平均增长15.6%,2017—2018年平均下降10.0%,2018—2019年北部O3浓度平均下降4.1%,东部下降3.0%,市区以南平均增长6.9%;O3浓度呈"双峰"月分布(5月和8月是峰值)和"单峰型"日变化,早晨07时(北京时,下同)为谷值,最低为34.4 μg·m-3(2018年),下午15—16时达峰值,最高为119.3 μg·m-3(2017年)。(3)2017年和2019年全市的"周末效应"明显,由于其周末的气象条件更利于O3浓度升高,2016年北部沿江的"周末效应"主要与工业分布和人为活动有关。(4)多种气象条件与O3浓度呈显著相关性,当最高气温超过28℃、日照8 h以上、相对湿度62%以下、日降水量10 mm以下,易发生O3二级超标污染;区域O3浓度的变化主要受不同风向的传输影响。

    Abstract:

    The temporal and spatial characteristics of ozone and meteorological impact factors in Suzhou were analyzed in this paper based on the ozone data of 17 air quality monitoring stations and meteorological data of 7 national meteorological observation stations from 2015 to 2019. Results showed that O3 exceeding rate of pollution first increased and then decreased during 2015 to 2019, with the spatial distribution of O3 exceeding rate was higher in the south (20.9%) than in the north (18.7%). The O3 pollution synoptic type of low pressure accounted for the highest proportion with 34.3%, while the average O3 concentration was the highest by reaching 190.0 μg·m-3 under the synoptic type of homogeneous pressure accounted for the proportion with 18.6%. O3 concentration increased by 15.6% on average in the whole city from 2015 to 2017, and decreased by 10.0% from 2017 to 2018, then from 2018 to 2019, O3 concentration decreased in the north and east, with the decline rates were 4.1% and 3.1%, respectively, while in the south of the urban area increased by 6.9%. The O3 concentration presents a bimodal monthly variation with the peaks in May and August.The diurnal variations of O3 were unimodal. The lowest valley value was 34.4 μg·m-3 appeared at 7 am in 2018, and the peak value was 119.3 μg·m-3 appeared between 3 and 4 pm in 2017. The "weekend effect" was obvious during 2017 and 2019 across the city, because the meteorological conditions on weekends were more conducive to the increase of O3 concentration.While the "weekend effect" during 2016 in the northern part of the city along Yangtze River, which was mainly related to industrial distribution and human activities. There is a significant correlation between multiple meteorological conditions and O3 concentration. O3 pollution frequently occurred with temperature exceeding 28℃, duration of sunshine more than 8 hours, the relative humidity below 62%, and the daily precipitation less than 10 millimetres. The variation of regional O3 concentration is mainly affected by the transmission of different wind directions.
