In this paper, taking lightning protection devices in an office building as an example, AHP analysis was used to establish levels of lightning risk assessment model. Through the indicator layer of one and two levels the matrix layer was determined. By normalization and consistency method relative weight vector was obtained. Finally, the Delphi expert survey method is able to calculate the office composite score of the risk assessment. The results show that the building lightning risk assessment rating is basically safe, so that its high level of protective measures is necessary. AHP can combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the building lightning risk analysis. This kind of more scientific,objective and rational risk assessment for the building lightning damage has certain reference significance.
