This paper introduces American researchers’ results on Derechos and points out that there exists similar phenomenon in China.At the same time,in order to better know these damaging events in China ,many comparison analyses are given between Derecho events in America and ones in China ,and their different aspects are researched.This investigation is an elementary and meaningful attempt in the field of Derechos in China.
