Regression equation with high precision is established on the basis of information of total solar radiation and sunlight percentage of Xian,Yanan and Ankang to calculate the total solar radiation month by month in various places of Shaanxi.An analysis is made of the spatial distribution characteristics of solar radiation in month,four seasons and year of total solar radiation, and the solar energy resource enrichment areas in Shaanxi have been pointed out, which is useful in studying the total solar radiation and the solar energy resources development.
